Canon EOS M3 Review and Manual PDF - The Canon EOS M3 is Canon's third compact system camera. Canon EOS M3 is equipped with a 24.2 megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor, DIGIC 6 processor, touch screen interface, Hybrid CMOS AF III and 49-point Auto Focus System, Full 1080p HD Movie mode, ISO 100-12800, 1,040,000 3-inch 3 inch-dot LCD monitor that can tilt up to 180 degrees and down 45 degrees, integrated Wi-Fi and NFC connectivity, 4.2fps burst shooting, 14-bit RAW support, built-in pop-up flash and hot-shoe flash. The Canon EOS M3 is available with an STM 18-55mm f / 3.5-5.6 IS lens.
Canon EOS M3 is Easy to Use
The initial impression when we hold the Canon EOS M3 Camera, can be said to be mostly favorable (good). While it is one of the smaller compact system cameras currently available, it feels solid and heavy when held in the palm (measuring 110.9 x 68.0 x 44.4 mm and weighing 366g), especially when the metal construction of the 18-55mm kit lens is attached to this camera via the EF-M mount.
Unlike DSLRs and most CSCs, we managed to fit the Canon EOS M3 with an 18-55mm kit lens attached to the jacket pocket, although it was inconvenient to do so. Our black version also has a slightly rough non-slip surface on the surface which is subconsciously considering a pro-grade DSLR. Canon has found it appropriate to add a proper grip to the EOS M3, something it was so missing from the original version, making it feel more like the right camera for canon enthusiasts.
The LCD screen on the back of the Canon EOS M3 camera can be tilted. Mamu is tilted, up 180 degrees and down 45 degrees, although it can't be turned sideways. The LCD screen is three inches in size and offers a high resolution of 1040K dots. Apart from that, it's a touch screen, although you won't automatically tell by appearance alone, as we also get the basic physical controls on the side. Otherwise, the layout of the EOS M3 is business as normal as a consumer-grade compact camera.
Canon EOS M3 Quality
The Canon EOS M3 produces images of excellent quality during the review. This camera produces noise-free JPEG images from ISO 100 to ISO 1600, with noise first appearing at ISO 3200. Faster settings of the 6400 and 12800 display relatively little sound, certainly suitable for small print and web images.
JPEG images are rather soft straight from the camera using the default Picture Style and ideally require some further sharpening in an application like Adobe Photoshop, or you can change the in-camera settings. The built-in flash works well indoors, without red eye and good overall lighting. Night photos are excellent, with a maximum shutter speed of 30 seconds and the Bulb mode allowing you to capture ample light in all situations.
The different Picture Styles and the ability to create your own are real benefits, as are the various digital filter effects, all of which can be previewed before you take the shot. The Canon EOS M3's maximum shutter speed is 30 seconds and there's a Bulb mode for longer exposures, which is great news if you're really into night photography.
Verdict
The Canon EOS M3 is suitable for those of you who like traveling or vlogging. Apart from its small size, its abilities cannot be underestimated anymore. This is a simple and good camera.
